Ships around the world creak and shudder in fear today, because Beauflexx has finally released his Kraken EP. A PNW native, this bass heavy artist has made the EDM scene in Spokane so much of what it is today. Fueled by his love of bringing music and people together, Beauflexx is always on the grind when it comes to releasing new music. His latest three-track EP, Kraken, is meant for the heavy hitters.
The first track, Act Like, throws out some eerily awesome wobbles. There’s an otherworldly vibe to this tune with almost haunting music and solid drops. Ominous chanting in the background takes the term sacred to a new meaning. You can’t help but move to this track.
Next up we have Show You, which amps us up right from the beginning. This fast-paced slapper brings the hits and keeps them coming. Beauflexx is all about the sound in this track, with few vocals it’s all about the feel. As a result it is hands down our favorite track from this EP.
Wrapping up Kraken with Drop shows us Beau’s not messing around. This tune was made to make a crowd move, it literally tells us it’s time to go in. Delivering savage drops that should not be taken lightly. For bass heads the track name tells all, it’s all about the drop when it comes to this certified banger.
After listening to the Kraken EP on repeat for a solid hour we’re left wanting for more. Each track owns a different feel and really shows us what Beauflexx is capable of. These incredibly solid tracks make this hybrid trap EP worth noticing. Kraken’s wobbly goodness is one that we can’t wait to experience live. His music out on almost every platform possible.
