With the Mothership Tour taking over Toronto May 30th and 31st, deadmau5 jumped at the chance to snag a few of the artists on the tour for his latest episode of ‘Coffee Run’. A couple of tweets and phone calls later the duo of Dillon Francis and Skrillex (aka Sonny Moore) joined the man also known as Joel Zimmerman in a 90-minute adventure though Toronto traffic and beyond.
Past episodes have featured celebrities and artists ranging from Eric Prydz and Laidback Luke to Tommy Lee and Tom Green. The latest edition of ‘Coffee Run’ is the first with multiple guests for deadmau5, and proved to be one of the best. Topics include the Mothership Tour, Gumball3000, and even Pabst Blue Ribbon. It also includes a special lip-sync and dance from Mothership Tour headliner Skrillex to Motörhead’s Ace of Spades.
