Galantis Makes Us Love Them Even More, Joins Equality Rocks

Swedish duo Galantis blew us away with the Seafoxchella set they recently posted. They made our hearts smile again today when we discovered that they joined the Human Rights Campaign’s Equality Rocks campaign supporting marriage equality all over the world.

We love Galantis for voicing their support of love for all.

Galantis joins artists spanning every genre including Tegan & Sara, Florence and the Machine, Ke$ha, Phoenix, Sara Bareilles, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and many more. Dance Music Northwest believes that people should be able to freely and outwardly express their love for whomever they loves we are thrilled to see one of our favorite artists raising a flag for love. At the end of Galantis’ Seafoxchella set there is a beautiful speech with the thesis that “love is love” and it is beautiful to see them expanding that message even further.

We will be thrilled when marriage equality is a universal right rather than a privilege granted to the lucky few who live somewhere that acknowledges their right to love whomever they wish.
