Goldman Sachs CEO Releases Track, Rises to 33 on Billboard Dance Chart

Every once in awhile we see a release that really raises eyebrows. Recently, it became more known that Shaquille O’Neal has a lengthy DJ career under his belt. Under the moniker of DJ Diesel, Shaq performed an entire set at Lost Lands. Though it doesn’t start there; Shaq has been hitting the decks since 1986, even collaborating with the one and only Biggie Smalls.

Celebrity DJs are a growing trend. Paris Hilton, Elijah Wood, Hodor and Solanje Knowles are just a few famous folks taking to spinning. Most recently, Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, AKA D-Sol, has been producing tunes under the label Playback Records. The man’s not just about raising stock value either; his track Feel Alive featuring Katt Rockell is rising the charts, currently 33 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart!

Now, lots of us might have some hangup about yet another celebrity artist waltzing in with some music. Have no fear, for we’re here to tell you that it’s actually pretty catchy. He tells Billboard that all the proceeds from Feel Alive and future Payback Records releases go directly to non-profit organizations helping individuals and families struggling with opioid addiction. So go ahead and give it a listen!
