Dillon Francis’ Alter Ego “DJ Hanzel” Is The Greatest Thing Ever

No one’s ever going to accuse Dillon Francis of taking himself too seriously.  His Vine account is full of clips of him yelling “DAD!” at elderly white men, for a nominal fee he re-enacted the bathtub scene from “Billy Madison,” and his fans make things like this.  All in all, it’s safe to say that he’s two parts musical genius, and roughly three parts completely out of his mind.

Lately, he’s been slipping in and out of his alter ego, “DJ Hanzel,” a German slipper-enthusiast who hates Flosstradamus and everything they stand for.  In a time where the music industry is chock full of ego, it’s refreshing to see someone act like a real human being. Or in Dillon Francis’ case, an alien from the outer reaches of the weirdest part of space.
