Steve Aoki To Play More Than Games At PAX Prime

PAX Prime is the destination for any serious gamer. It is one of the biggest gaming industry conventions in the world. Fans gather from the furthest corners of the globe to participate in tournaments, get the first look at new games, and sit in on panels of their favorite gamemakers. However, this year will offer something special for the dance music fan as well.

The game company NetEase will be celebrating the launch of their new mobile game Speedy Ninja with a party DJed by none other than Steve Aoki. Aoki claims to be a big gaming fan himself and endorses the new NetEase game, commending its art and gameplay. In a recent statement he stressed his passion for dance music and his excitement to be able to throw down a free concert for his fans.

The concert is free for PAX ticket holders. It will be held at Seattle’s Showbox SoDo at 8pm on Friday, August 28. Aoki has been known to throw a major party or two, so don’t miss this opportunity to perhaps get some cake in your face. For gamers who also happen to be EDM fanatics, how could this weekend get any better?
