Seattle’s nightclubs have continued to bring the music while balancing public health concerns over the course of the summer. Leading into the fall months, local fixture Trinity Nightclub has upped its game with a new night, a revamped Saturday, and more.
Trinity resumed normal operations on July 2, after a months-long shutdown brought on by the pandemic, with the venue adhering to the state’s ongoing mask mandate for all patrons.
“We are taking COVID precautions seriously,” the club told Dance Music Northwest.
Meanwhile, clubgoers may have noticed a new night on the calendar, with DSTRTION now on the docket on Thursdays as part of a partnership with the White Rabbit Group. Already that’s seen headliners like Doctor P and Jessica Audiffred grace the decks at Trinity, with Bonnie X Clyde up next on Sept. 23.
On Massive Fridays, you can expect all the high energy tunes and top-40 remixes you can handle, with DJs Guy, Moobek, and Accia holding things down.
That all leads into Trinity’s bread-and-butter, Reload Saturday, hosted by resident duo Rise Over Run alongside a rotating mix of weekly guest DJs in the main room. As Reload regulars will likely tell you, the longest-running EDM/mashup night in Seattle never fails to deliver on its mainstage festival vibes, and now comes with an added wrinkle, thanks to an updated Blue Room format featuring a whole night of moombah, twerk, and top 40 tunes from DJ Fame Sounds.
