Shambhala unveils lineup for virtual version of festival in July

Shambhala Music Festival is going with the flow of major festival livestreams we’ve been treated to throughout the last few months. Earlier this week, the legendary Northwest festival announced that it will be hosting “Shambhala At Home”, a virtual festival featuring music, workshops, presentations, and more. It is taking place July 23-25 on Mixcloud.

We were among the many who were disappointed but understanding of the cancellation of Shambhala 2020. While the countdown for our collective return to the Farm is going to take a bit longer than previously expected, the crew at Shambs are doing what they can to get us through festival season.

The 420 celebration event earlier this year was great, and the lineup they dropped for Shambhala At Home has us riding a similar high.

Featuring fan-favorites like Defunk, Lion-S, Mat The Alien, Mija, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Stylust, Skiitour, and more, the curators at Shambhala have done it again. Bringing together the perfect group of artists to give us at home the feeling of being on The Farm is no easy task. But, they’ve done just that.

Another aspect of the virtual celebration that regular Shambhala attendees will appreciate are the workshops the festival will be hosting. There will be dance performances, yoga, a presentation on psychedelics, a special story time session with Shambhala legends The Funk Hunters and Stickybuds, and more.

Make sure to stay tuned to the Facebook event page, Shambhala’s official Facebook page, and the Shambahla website for the latest info and announcements regarding the digital festival.

Let us know how excited you are for Shambhala At Home, and which aspect of the virtual festival you’re looking forward to most! With a group of artists like that, the incredible Shambhala crew behind it, and more fun to be announced, there’s no doubt it’ll be a great event.
