Seattle’s Newest Dynamic Duo – BL3R [Local Spotlight]

With all the amazing music and talent within and around Seattle, it’s hard to soak it all in sometimes. Yet one electronic duo is cutting through the noise and building a sound that will be impossible to ignore. Introducing BL3R, a team of two local producers with a mission to elevate the EDM scene within and beyond the Emerald City. The pair approaches music with a 4-on-the-floor attitude, yet are not afraid to push outwards and experiment with different sound-scapes, an essential trait when crafting a signature sound and style.

The troupe has only recently begun sharing their sounds with the world, yet already their offerings have garnered national attention. Their hits-you-right-in-the-feels remix of Tydi’s Live This Lie peaked on the Beatport Top 100 charts at #32, and subsequently landed the duo to be signed on Tydi’s own label. Yes, it’s that good. Other accolades are making the LivingElectro top 5 spot for their original production Hands Up High, another offering to DJCity that resulted in over 80,000 downloads of a freebie original, and most recently were extended an invite from Far East Movement to remix their new single, Illest.

Expect to see the boys playing all over Seattle and beyond as their artist management is located across the country in New York. Peep their newest remix for Gareth Emery’s Eye of the Storm here, and be sure to check their networks below to keep a pulse on Seattle’s newest dynamic duo!
