International Women’s Day is fast approaching, and local production outfit MMBASSY is bringing back one of our favorite new events, See Her Be Her, for its second edition on March 7th. Featuring headliner Bexxie, an expanded day of women-led nightlife panels and workshops, and a night of musical performances, See Her Be Her is bigger and better in 2026.
Like its inaugural edition in 2025, See Her Be Her 2026’s all-day schedule kicks off at 12pm at the W Hotel Seattle. The event is headlined by Anjunabeats and Insomniac artist Bexxie and supported by c89.5. From 12-6pm, workshops and panels will take place in the W Seattle landing area.
Panelists will discuss building a musical brand, promoting safety in nightlife, and how representation strengthens nightlife communities. New to this year’s event, See Her Be Her will also feature a Silent Disco in the W’s 23rd floor Sound Suite Studio.
Tickets for See Her Be Her can be purchased here.
“This year, I’m especially excited about introducing the Silent Disco,” says Mia Maya, MMBASSY and See Her Be Her founder, DJ, and c89.5 radio host. “I love the idea of weaving moments of dance throughout the day and not just saving that energy for the evening. I’m excited to be creating space for people to move, reset, and celebrate together in between conversations!”
There are several pending announcements for See Her Be Her 2026. Full DJ performance schedule and announcements of vendors, additional collectives, and meetups. This article will be updated as they arrive.
In addition to panels, See Her Be Her will also feature a slate of workshops. The workshops will focus on leveling up your music production, DJing, dancing, and networking skills. These skills-focused workshops will be led by representatives of local collectives like SEMPA, Codex Collective, Mainstage Shufflers, and others. Bringing together women, non-binary, and gender-diverse creators who drive growth in the local music industry is a key part of the See Her Be Her appeal.
“Last year, I found myself getting emotional seeing the connections that were formed, the values that were shared, and the reflections our audience carried with them afterward,” says Maya. “There was such a tangible sense of community in the room through the whole day, and I cannot wait to feel that again.”
