There’s one night a year where the freaks come out. A night where the monsters, ghosts, and ghouls crawl from their resting places and join each other for a celebration of games, dancing, and the most kick-ass dance music of the year. This year, we were privileged to have two nights of spooky festivities. A blur of colors, lights, and the supernatural,

Freaknight was a time where abnormality was accepted and curiosity was encouraged. Dazzling lights, the sound of heavy bass sprinkled with screams of party-goers on the rides, and an intoxicating energy pulsed throughout WaMu Theater. Attendees walked into an altered universe; no humans here, just creatures baring fanged-toothed smiles and breathing out shrill, elated laughter from red lipped mouths.  So much to take in.
