Deadmau5 returns to Pacific Northwest with today’s huge announcement of the We Are Friends Tour. He will be performing Saturday, September 10 the The Gorge. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, April 28 at 10AM PST. We Are Friends Tour Experience packages will also be available in limited quantities, with a meet and greet with the man himself as one of the many perks.
This will be the legendary Canadian artist’s third time at our iconic venue with previous performances at Sasquatch in both2009 & 2010. He also wowed Seattle with his Cubev3 tour at WAMU which we covered here. Deadmau5 will be joined with support from London’s electronic trio Nero at each stop of the We Are Friends Tour. Additional friends will be joining at various cities including Kasablanca, Lamorn, Bensley, Morgin Madison, No Mana, and more!
The tour is a celebration of the 11th installment of the music compilation We Are Friends which has been part of deadmau5’s label mau5trap since 2012. The label intends to continue its forward thinking nature by featuring the sounds of their newest, brightest artists giving them the opportunity for airtime and exposure.
Deadmau5 has some cool partnerships to go along with his tour. At time of ticket purchase, fans can decide to donate to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) which will give them the chance to win the grand prize of a deadmau5 Miami Art Basel Trip. The artist is also active in the metaverse and blockchain world, with an exclusive NFT drop with MakersPlace which will give its owner guestlist to every single stop on the tour.
