Elon Musk and Grimes have the internet in a tizzy over a suspected pregnancy. We’ll break it down for you.
Musk, co-founder, and CEO, of California’s coolest car company, Tesla, recently blasted onto the EDM scene with his viral track Don’t Doubt ur Vibe. A mellow bop, the tune’s encouraging lyrics certainly brought a smile to our faces. A hilarious Twitter personality, and cultural icon, Musk has playfully ventured into the music world before. His debut track, RIP Harambe, received nearly 3 million plays on SoundCloud in less than a year.
How does he do it? Well, we have a theory.
Back in 2018, Musk appeared at the Met Gala in NYC with electronic music producer Grimes. Grimes’ unique music shows off Grimes’ skill as both a singer/songwriter and a producer. Her music has caught the attention of PNW talent like Kendoll. Since the Gala, the couple has been pretty quiet, leaving the public doubting the status of their relationship.
Are Elon Musk and Grimes still together?
Last week, Grimes posted a Snapchat story of Musk jamming in the studio. Many took this as a signal that the duo are still going strong. We took this as a signal that Grimes might be helping out with the beats as well. With over 2.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify, she’s certainly a helpful woman to have in the studio.

What’s even more intriguing? Back in January, Grimes posted a photo on Instagram that set the rumor mills a runnin’. She posed naked with a fetus overlaid on what appeared to be her baby bump. Was this a real pregnancy or simply promotion for upcoming music?

On January 31st she finally confirmed suspicions about her pregnancy. Opening up on Instagram, she discussed the realities of carrying a child.
This whole thing has been a bit of an ordeal. Had some complications early on, a decent second trimester but starting to hurt everywhere at 25 wksz.

Elon Musk and Grimes have yet to confirm that Musk is indeed the father. As the internet waits in suspense for an official announcement, we have one more thing on our minds: Will Elon “EDM” Musk continue releasing new beats? With Grimes’ support, we certainly hope so.
