Malaa has a new track out this week, making us even more pumped for his show in December at 45 East. The new track is We Get Crunk, and it is just that—full of energy, bass, and a catchphrase.
Though the word crunk has been used in music in the past, don’t let that influence your opinion. Malaa has a way with music. He makes you feel a little uneasy, while still getting you dancing. Malaa’s whole persona has always had a little uncertainty and intensity to it, this track isn’t any different.
At about the 2 minute mark, the sound goes crazy and from there you are taken on a journey. But don’t just take our word for it, take a listen below and let us know what you think. You will be questioning what is going on, while dancing the whole time.
