Mystery Skulls Goes “Ghost”

Here’s a little reminder that dance and Disco can save your butt in just about any situation. Mystery Skulls is bringing us back to Halloween with their new release of “Ghost.” Rising from the LA Electronic music scene, Mystery Skulls has a former name. You may remember The Secret Handshake from back in the day. Luis Dubac is the man behind the magic and has recreated himself as Mystery Skulls. He has been doing quite well in the last year; he has shared the stage with big name artists like Flume and Chromeo.

“Ghost” is full of soulful harmony and funky electro sounds that truly demonstrate Luis Dubac’s variety of talents. You might want to keep the light on while watching the music video for “Ghost.” It is a parody of “The Exorcist”, except this time there’s a little bit more dancing. The video is paradoxical in the way the visuals are dark and sinister and the music is light and playful. An unexpected plot twist unravels at the end when we see that the priest is possibly there for the evil party instead of the opposite. Be sure to stay tune until the end of the video…there’s a special surprise that we wouldn’t want you to miss!
