Pharrell Williams – Happy (Sevag Area-201 Remix)

Whether it’s singing backup vocals in Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines, rapping over Major Lazer‘s new track Aerosol Can, or releasing music of his own, Pharrell Williams sure knows how to make a statement with his music.  Recently he released his new track Happy, and it spread like wildfire. It didn’t take long for Pharrell’s smooth voice to carry this song to the top of the charts, and it’s not going anywhere any time soon. Rising New York City favorite, Sevag, has taken on the task of remixing this chart-topping track and making it completely his own.

After starting his residency at Mister East in New Jersey, Sevag has continuously brought in packed crowds, and has become a highly sought-out producer in the East Coast. Sevag has even earned the likes of top producers such as Thomas Gold and Dannic. Now, with brand new remix of one of the most popular songs currently on the Top 40s charts, you know it’s going to be heard. While this track still maintains the same easygoing and upbeat feel, a progressive, big room twist has been added in with a bassline that will keep you grooving. If you’re looking to make your day a little more “Happy“, take a listen to Sevag’s new release, which is also up for free download.
