3 Things You Should Know About Juventa & Estiva [INTERVIEW]

[divider]#1: THEY LOVE THEIR ROOTS (& THE PNW)[/divider]

The talent within dance music coming out of the Netherlands today is a well-known aspect of the industry. Many blogs and magazines have analyzed and dissected the massive number of artists and tunes coming from the densely populated country and it’s affect on EDM as a whole. It is easy to look at how the growing Dutch influence impacts dance music around the world, but what about it’s affect on the scene and artists within the country?

I think the Dutch have always been on top of their game in the dance music industry, whether it be the artists, producers or the event production. It’s both challenging and comforting. The fierce competition is exciting and the active scene helps you to become who you are as an artist pretty fast. – Estiva

It’s amazing to be able to work among so many talented musicians and it creates a lot of possibilities for some fantastic collaborations to happen. On the other hand, I guess there’s also some ‘competition’, as we all want to get to the top where only a few might make it. But it’s healthy competition, the kind that keeps you motivated to do better each and every time. – Juventa

There’s no denying that both Juventa and Estiva have risen to the cream of the large crop of Dutch producers, and Enhanced Sessions Volume 4 is just more proof.

Estiva

Estiva makes his third appearance on ‘Enhanced Sessions’

Playing at Foundation Nightclub earlier this year as part of the ‘Enhanced Sessions Album Tour’, which featured stops throughout North America and Australia, Juventa and Estiva got a small taste of the NW dance music scene.

The Seattle show was absolutely ridiculous, in a good way! Easily one of my top three shows this year. I’m pretty sure we will be back soon, and I’m hoping to see a little bit more of the city then as well. – Estiva

It was my second show in Seattle, with Lucky Festival being the first one in early 2014… but it’s completely different when you’re standing there as one of the main acts. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to be back soon. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a quick return! – Juventa

We hope for a quick return to the Northwest from both Juventa & Estiva and can’t wait until either (both?!) are able to do so.
