Above & Beyond announces lineup for Group Therapy Weekender 2022 at The Gorge

With many festivals coming back this summer after pandemic related hiatuses, one of the most anticipated returns is ABGT The Weekender. The renowned trance trio returns to Washington with their 2022 installment of Above & Beyond Group Therapy Weekender at the legendary PNW venue, the Gorge Ampitheatre.

Weekenders will experience one of the world’s most scenic venues with picturesque views overlooking the Columbia River and dancing into the PNW sunsets with the Anjunafamily. The history of the event starts in 2017 as Above & Beyond celebrated their 250th episode of their weekly world-wide radio show at The Gorge. That weekend had such a paramount impact on the group and the label as a whole due to its outstanding first time success that it was decided there would be an inaugural Group Therapy Weekender.

The event is set to take place July 23-24th. Tickets for GA admission are still available and on sale; camping options are offered as well. Planning is essential as the weather varies during your stay at The Gorge.

Label-head James Grant sums the Anjuna concert experience with this, “Whether it’s Anjunabeats or Anjunadeep, people always say the atmosphere is so friendly and inclusive, creating an environment where people can make new friends and there’s a shared connection there.”

Group Therapy Weekender is of course a celebration of music, but also endorses a strong sense of community and connection. There will be Q&A sessions, meet & greets, group yoga & meditation, pop-up Anjuna merch stores, after hours campsite parties with food trucks, and the opportunity to craft your own totem.

The incredible lineup will display Anjunabeats on Saturday with the likes of Mat Zo, Oliver Smith, Genix, and Above & Beyond to end the night. And then the vibes switches over to their deeper shades of Anjunadeep on Sunday featuring Marsh, Ben Bohmer, Jody Wisternoff, and Qrion. More artists from each side are TBA so be on the look-out for more!
