Norwegian Artist Bearson Brings Tropical House Flavor With His Remix of “Let It Go”

Tropical house has been on our radar lately, with Kygo making the rounds in the PNW, in Vancouver and Seattle. There has been plenty of chill-wave to go around, as we have watched artists like Kygo go from unheard-of to replacing Avicii at TomorrowWorld. We have recently noticed another relative newcomer to the tropical house scene, who is also Norwegian: Bearson, a 19-year-old from Oslo. Bearson has had an online presence for less than a year, so getting noticed as much as he has recently is a great sign that he’s moving in the right direction.

Bearson shared blog stats on his Facebook page earlier today, making it clear what a difference being noticed makes!

Bearson’s remix takes on the talented James Bay’s exemplary track Let It Go. Bearson brings his signature vibe, which is uplifting and full-body tropical, leading with a bright and passionate guitar riff, to this lovely song, as Bay’s voice whisks you away from your daily routine. The hook is simple yet phenomenal, incorporating the perfect mix of melodies to shape this remix into a tropical house track worth repeating.

Check out Bearson’s remix and let us know your thoughts!

I have wanted to write and share it since I was a kid and I'm a lover of dance music since discovering the scene in 2010. My life motto is "If you can't find time to do it right, how are you going to find time to do it over?"
