January: Deadmau5 Shuts Down His Soundcloud
After more than 33 million plays, Deadmau5 shuts down his SoundCloud account January 11th. The popular music streaming site was known to be very glitchy. Many big artists such as Kaskade had also started experiencing non-warranted copyright issues around this time. Was Joel stepping away from SoundCloud due to technical reasons, leaving just to leave, or a little of both? Who knows.
