This month Gem and Jam along with 4 Peaks announced their first ever Cascade Equinox Festival. This three-day event will take place from September 22-24 at the Deschutes Fairgrounds in Redmond, Oregon. This event aims to be “a festival reimagined” with a weekend featuring a plethora of activities, eateries, and musical acts.
The lineup for this event is nothing short of spectacular. Cascade Equinox Festival will have dozens of acts including Pretty Lights, Big Wild, Of the Trees and dozens more. Gem and Jam and 4 Peaks have chosen from a wide selection of genres with the goal of making this festival a “vibrant celebration of the many different sounds, styles, and perspectives that make up the modern music landscape.”
Patrons can expect a multitude of activities to choose from all across the festival grounds. From the interactive art instillations found at the Cosmic drop, to the kids activities and carnival rides found at The Orbit, there will be something to do for everyone.
Those who might be looking for a more holistic or spiritual experience can visit the Cascade healing garden. There you can enjoy numerous therapeutic treatments including Reiki, Acupuncture, and deep tissue massage.
To keep you nourished and energized during the weekend, Cascade Equinox will feature numerous local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. All establishments will be using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients and will accommodate all dietary restrictions.
