You might be wondering why there’s a picture of Dada Life in an article on Deniz Koyu and now we’re going to tell you. Back in 2012 one of the most INSANE editions of FreakNight Festival took place in Seattle and Dada Life of course took home the gold metal for most exciting performance that night. We remember standing in one of the VIP sections in the middle of the main stage area towards the beginning of their set. Suddenly a massive progressive house tune with a REALLY catchy hook began to flow through the speakers and make it’s way through the crowd. EVERYONE went insane when the beat dropped. We had to know what song it was and after digging for another week or so prior to the festival, we found the ID in a Podcast. Low and behold, Deniz Koyu’s Tung!. Throughout 2012 and 2013, the track made its way into nearly every DJ’s set across the world, literally. Even after racking over 3,000,000 plays on YouTube, we can still hear it and be equally excited as we were hearing it for the first time. Hands down one of the greatest progressive house tracks of all time.
