Though a young club, open just over a year, Q already feels like the new throbbing heart of the Seattle scene. If you don’t believe us, walk down Broadway on a Saturday night and feel the bass through the sidewalk. 12,500 square feet of cleverly sliced, cornerless winding space and a booming sound system, one of the most prestigious in the city, draw a crowd.
Q’s biggest event of the week is the running Kingdom Saturdays. Be prepared, the club is likely to reach capacity, but you’ll be surrounded by lots of fun people and, if you’re lucky, you’ll catch some incredible trapeze acrobatics. We think of Q as posh but welcoming, and it doesn’t feel over-dressed. Their tagline is “Music is our message. Everyone is welcome at Q.” You’ll find a variety of genres on display, including house, techno, deep house, drum and bass, and trap.
