The DMNW Guide to Northwest Halloween Dance Parties

Nightmare Halloween Party

Nightmare on Madison Street promises to be Portland’s largest Halloween warehouse party. The lineup includes PartyGirl and Token, artists on the PDX label Beatrox. You’ll be shaking to bass, trap and twerk, and GA tickets start at $25. If you can afford the $100 for VIP, you will receive 15 drink tickets (they’re advertising “drink for free” so we hope 15 drink tickets is more than enough!). The show starts at 8 and runs until 4am. If you’re not a rave zombie after that, we’ll be surprised.

Haunted Night of Bass is hosted by Disco Donnie & Red Cube and will feature Zomboy and Protohype. You can get your bass face on at the Roseland Theater with tickets starting at $15.

Haunt the Funk is the Whiskey Bar‘s Halloween party featuring Opuio. The Whiskey Bar is known for having great dance music shows regularly and is a great place to get your Halloween groove on. Tickets for the event are $12.50 and up.

You can find one of the most fun and unique International Halloween dance parties in the PNW in Portland (surprised?!). In its 4th year, the Bollywood Thriller Portland Halloween 2014 Costume Party will encourage costumes, provide cash prizes, and encourages every attendee to learn a choreographed dance for a midnight smart mob! Prashant, one of the most exuberant Bollywood entertainers in North America, and DJ UV, who hails from LA, will provide the evening’s music and entertainment. Tickets start at Free (for the first 100 ladies) and are $10 otherwise.

I have wanted to write and share it since I was a kid and I'm a lover of dance music since discovering the scene in 2010. My life motto is "If you can't find time to do it right, how are you going to find time to do it over?"
