Get FreakNight Hyped: Songs to Pump You Up

Getter

One of the many great sets of the Pagoda stage at Shambhala, Getter will be bringing his hard trap and dubstep sound to FreakNight. The California based DJ released his EP Wat the Frick at the beginning of September. Getter’s also took on Marshmello’s Alone last month, creating a heavy remix that takes you on a wild genre rollercoaster, but still has Getter’s distinct sound. Wat the Frick’s hard hitting tunes will definitely shake the Dome if featured during his performance.

Jamie Jones

This is one of the few names on the lineup that has been an infrequent visitor to the northwest over the last few years.  The London based DJ has been busy throughout 2015 and 2016 releasing new music. He released a 3 song EP titled This Way in 2015 and a 2 song EP titled Land of the Giants in May. Jamie Jones’ blend of electronic, tech and deep house will make for a diverse performance to see at FreakNight.

Paul Van Dyk

The long wait for Paul Van Dyk to perform in the northwest is almost here. After multiple cancellations in the past due to the artist’s health, we are beyond excited to see what he’ll be bringing to the table. Last May, Paul Van Dyk released The Politics of Dancing 3, which has had overall positive reviews from old and new fans alike. His roots in trance will hopefully make for an intimate and emotional performance that we’ve all been waiting for.

Tchami

The future and deep house French DJ has been busy over the last year. He released his EP After Life in December of 2015. The deep house album has a lot of strong collaborations, with artists such as AC Slater, Dombresky, and more. After Tchami’s Coachella performance this year, we can only anticipate what he’ll have in store for us over Halloween weekend.
