Gramatik has gradually been releasing tracks off of his upcoming The Age Of Reason album, with each one offering all the funk and soul we could possibly need . For anyone who caught his performance in Seattle, you may remember the sultry stylings of Gibbz, as he took the stage to sing live while we danced the night away.
Needless to say, Gibbz’ role on Get A Grip adds a whole new layer to the twangy bass-funk that Gramatik masters to a tee on a regular basis. The Age Of Reason is scheduled for a full release on January 25th, along with nine other tracks that he dubs “the most diverse songs (he’s) ever produced.” Assuming the rest of the album is anything like Get A Grip, you can bet we’ll be counting down the days until it drops.
