Seattle’s own Justin Hartinger releases new track, ‘Skin’

Seattle electronic artist Justin Hartinger is bringing the trippy vibes to your speakers with his new track Skin with Tinsley. If you live in Seattle and like the local music scene then you have probably heard of Justin Hartinger. He has made a name for himself with his music, from C89.5 radio to being showcased on KEXP, you can find Justin almost everywhere.

Tinsley is an up and coming indie-pop artist from Seattle. We had the chance to watch her perform with Jake Crocker at Capitol Hill Block Party. Her energy and fashion style have everyone turning heads, not to mention her angelic voice.

Justin Hartinger has not released a track since December 2019. This track equals hard work and many days in the studio. A mix of electronic and indie to bring back the memories and pain of old relationships. Filled with unfamiliar sounds and soft melodies, it is something different from all the released tracks we have heard lately.

“Animating textures and playing on intentional dissonance were key when I was writing the music for Skin. I aimed to capture the beauty of imperfections. It’s a blessing to collaborate with Tinsley again, her ability to deliver a sweet yet somber melody completed this record for me.” -Justin Hartinger
