When last we checked in with Max Graham, he was throwing down at Foundation Nightclub, all the while proving to us why he’s truly dance music’s world citizen. His eclectic mix of the deeper avenues of trance provided us with a welcome break from the build-drop-build-drop typicality we’ve become all too accustomed to.

Now he’s back, this time with the release of Cycles 5, a compilation featuring originals, remixes, and selections from some of Max’s favorite music. The former scratch DJ’s album drops January 17th, and it’s just been made available for preorder. Graham has time and again shown us that he’s anything but mainstream when it comes to his production, and you can bet that Cycles 5 reflects this.
