King 5: Local Law Enforcement Plans To Crack Down at Freaknight Festival

The Seattle Police Department recently released information regarding the biggest Halloween party in Seattle, FreakNight Festival. This year they plan on attending with bigger numbers and more importantly, undercover. Why? To crack down on Molly, the current substance-du-jour among many young music fans.

“To make Molly arrests, Seattle Police are planning a scary undercover action at FreakNight. So, beware, the freak dancing next to you could be a cop.”

Due to the 200+ counts of drug abuse and one fatality at Paradiso Festival last summer (The George Amphitheatre), where presumedly molly was prevalent, the SPD is in the midst of constructing a “public safety plan” built around the drug for FreakNight Festival. None of the specifics of what this “plan” is have been released.
