KOAN Sound may be known for their glitchy up-tempo music, but with their newest EP collaboration with Asa, they’ve adopted his darker, simpler style to bring us collection of songs more suited for staring out into space while contemplating the universe. It represents an interesting step away from their regular body of work, which features tracks more suited for groovy dance halls than shoegazing. That said, we always love to see artists experiment with new sounds, and this is no exception to that rule.
