Quite arguably the biggest draw of any festival headliner over the course of this season is Outkast. After annoucing their reunion headlining Coachella earlier this year, Outkast has been one of the main headliners at a ton of major music festivals. When Pemberton was confirmed as resurrecting this year, we’re sure Outkast was at the top of their list to grab, and rightfully so. Andre 3000 and Big Boi had huge success back in the 90’s and early 2000’s and performed hits spanning their entire career.
Outkast was the perfect way to close out Pemberton’s main stage, with their unique style of hip-hop, and a hefty stage show to back them up. Rumors are floating around regarding a new Outkast album sometime next year, but both Andre and Big Boi have plans to release their solo albums first.
