The Dance Music Diaries, Episode 4: Chris Herrera (aka Channel Surfer)

The Dance Music Diaries

It’s another week and another episode for The Dance Music Diaries, our favorite local podcast digging into our local scene with the people who helped build it. This week, Cameron and Kevin sit down with Chris Herrera, known popularly as Channel Surfer. Herrera’s vast background as a skilled DJ focused on the technical aspects of the craft make him the perfect spokesperson for a movement back towards the more organic aspects of dance music.

As the front man of dance-rock band Station to Station and owner of Televisionary Records, Herrera is never one to remain idle. Combine that with his global following and we have a recipe for an insanely interesting conversation. Listen in to the full interview below, follow The Dance Music Diaries on Facebook to stay updated here, and listen to all their past episodes over in this direction.
