Thee Cool Cats Get It Right With New EP ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’

Arizona natives Gerry Gonzalez and Tony Edit, better known as Thee Cool Cats, recently unleashed their Indie Dance/Nu-Disco EP Don’t Kill My Vibe and for lack of a better phrase, it’s turning heads. In a generation full of bass, drops and gigantic builds, this duo has brought a new meaning to funk. Don’t Kill My Vibe features 3 tracks all with a variety of sounds that take us steps further than your average head bob and toe tap. With nearly a decade of music production behind the long time duo, their new EP shines light on the versatile production they can bring to the table. The whole theme of the EP “don’t kill my vibe” gets the message across through the first song with smooth vocals preaching the saying followed by a 2nd track that puts you in the drivers seat back in 1980 cruising down the boulevard with the windows down. The third track throws you back in the club, putting the icing on the cake.
