Today Tomorrowland and ID&T began revealing the 2014 lineup including performances by EDM favorites Hardwell, Above & Beyond and Diplo. Unfortunately the 2nd weekend, which is scheduled to take place July 25-27, may be canceled.
Local towns have recently been taking legal action to cancel the much anticipated 2nd weekend of Tomorrowland. The world-known festival every year draws over 180,000 attendees from across the world, establishing itself as the #1 ranked festival in the world.
The lawyers representing Schorre, Boom has claimed that ID&T doesn’t have the proper permits to host a second weekend, and that the current legal schedule won’t give them enough time to get one.
With most EDM music festivals attempting to extend to two weekends, they all will eventually be facing problems like these, that’s a given. Luckily tickets have not yet gone on sale, so no one has lost anything. Stay tuned for more information regarding the 2nd weekend of Tomorrowland and check back for more information on the 2014 lineup!
