It’s been a hot minute since Stickybuds has brought a Halloween-themed show to Vancouver. Thankfully, the wait is over, as Westwood Recordings and LiveNation have partnered up to host this year’s spooky event at The Commodore Ballroom.
Joining Stickybuds will be the duo LIINKS, known for describing their own music as “” Far from being sad, the delightful duo has had their music featured on TV shows, toured with legends of many genres and more.
Furthermore, expect to see rhythmic geniuses Chali 2na and Cut Chemist performing. The world knows them for their solo work, numerous collaborations, and, of course, their contributions to the legendary Hip-Hop group Jurassic 5. In 2016, the legendary group released it’s first new song in a decade, titled Customer Service. This release arrived three years after they reunited on the stage at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Westwood Halloween takes place at the historic Commodore Ballroom at 868 Granville St on Saturday October 28th in Vancouver, BC. The doors will open at 9 PM. The organizers haven’t released the set times for Westwood Halloween yet, so stay tuned on the Facebook event here for that information.
