In just under a month, history will be made as The Oxford Group and Platinum Entertainment Group will host the first fully immersed 3D festival. The event will be on November 1st at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. For one show only, Carnage, Datsik, Will Sparks, Brillz, Kryoman, Joel Fletcher b2b Timmy Trumpet, Exodus, and Decadence will perform. There have been several other 3D shows around the globe, including Seatte’s first 3D show in a nightclub last month. It’s safe to say the fans are heard loud and clear and want more 3D sets in the future. It will be interesting to see how many 3D festivals will pop up in the next several years and how fast they will expand overseas.
