It’s been a while since GTA has made an appearance in the northwest. We’ve been enthusiastically waiting for what they’ll do next since the duo’s performance at Paradiso 2015. Well, 2016 is a big year for GTA. The Miami based pair set off on their Good Times Ahead tour to commemorate their album of the same title, which will be released on October 7th.
The album features collaborations with other top notch artists including What So Not, Tinashe, and Vince Staples. Their song “Get It All,” featuring Wax Motif, also hit one million plays on Spotify in one month. All of these stellar releases will surely make this tour full of awesome, genre-bending music. With the anticipation of their album release, we are beyond are excited to have a stop in our region (two, if you’re counting Vancouver). The duo will be making their stop in Seattle at the Showbox Sodo on October 2nd and Celebrities in Vancouver on October 1st. Plus, supporting artists Sleepy Tom and Team EZY will make this tour a hard one to miss.
