Initially starting out as a one day indie rock concert in 2002, the event quickly gained popularity and received more demanded acts every year. In 2005, the event became a three day event and 2006 saw the festival experiment with bands like Nine Inch Nails and deadmau5. In more recent years, the festival expanded with a separate dance tent that features comedy acts during the day and headlining EDM acts such as Boys Noize, Wolfgang Gartner, Skrillex, MSTRKRFT, Major Lazer and many more at night. This year, Sasquatch! will feature artists like Outkast, Queens of the Stone Age, Cage the Elephant, Boys Noize, Major Lazer, Die Antwoord and many more. 3. Paradiso – June 27-28
The Gorge Amphitheatre – George, WA
Now going on its third year, Paradiso is quickly becoming one of the hottest EDM festivals in the country. USC Events created this mammoth festival in 2012 in collaboration with their annual anniversary party. Some of today’s hottest DJ’s have already graced the stages of Paradiso including Above & Beyond, Tiesto, Kaskade, Knife Party, Avicii, Excision, Afrojack, Michael Woods and many more. USC Events has already taken huge measures to make sure their festivals are safe after last year’s tragic incident.
