[divider]1. TRANCE’S TRUE PARADISO HEADLINING DEBUT[/divider]
The Northwest’s love of meaningful melodies and intimate lyrics, especially in trance form, is no secret. Past Paradiso lineups have included acts who’ve more than dabbled in trance, like Above & Beyond, Kaskade, and Tiësto. But there’s no doubt that Paradiso 2015 is trance’s true headlining debut at The Gorge. Featuring two Northwest favorites in Dutchmen Armin van Buuren and Dash Berlin, Seattle’s Trance Family couldn’t have asked for much more. It’s been a long time coming for the duo, with each of their last Northwest appearances coming at FreakNight, with Armin headlining in 2012 and Dash featuring in 2013.

Armin van Buuren is widely acclaimed as ‘The King of Trance’, and disputing that title takes some work. The record-holder for most times topping the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll (5), and the driving force behind the insanely popular ‘A State of Trance’ radio show, Armin’s return to the Northwest couldn’t come at a better venue. Adding in one of the top artists of the last decade in Dash Berlin puts this year’s Paradsio headliners a notch above the rest when it comes to trance.
