Bassnectar drops crazy “Loco Ono” remix with Stylust Beats

Help! We’ve fallen and we can’t turn up! The good news is that we have a fresh Bassnectar remix that will get you plenty amped for the weekend. This was quite an eventful summer for Bassnectar. After releasing the joyful adventure that is Noise Vs. Beauty and a ground rumbling performance at the Gorge for Paradiso, Bassnectar has begun remixing tracks from Noise Vs. Beauty in preparation for his NVSB Tour that starts today in Rochester, NY. Bassheads everywhere can rejoice as Bassnectar collaborates with Stylust Beats to remix Loco Ono. Maybe stick your head in a freezer while you listen to Loco Ono (Bassnectar & Stylust Beats Remix) because it has an uncanny ability to melt faces.

Bassnectar undoubtedly improved upon the original version of Loco Ono with this fantastic remix. Like children on Christmas morning, us here at Dance Music Northwest are eagerly awaiting Lorin to remix the rest of the Noise vs. Beauty album. Bassnectar alters the bass by making it less screechy and wompy than the original and adding some nice breakdowns. The drum pattern is sped up to about 150 BPM, giving us our much needed daily dose of drumstep. The last drop is incredible, as it is heavily flanged and adds a psychedelic sound that has become Bassnectar’s forte.

So turn your subwoofers up, let it go and get your Saturday going with some bass! Also don’t forget to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for more tunes that will make you move.
