Chicago natives Louis the Child and Kaskade continue to pump out new beats

Kaskade and Louis the Child have both promised to consistently release new music, having been two of many quarantine heroes. There will be even more new music to hear in the upcoming weeks. Kaskade and Freddy and Robby from LTC both have albums on the way.

Presently we’re talking about Louis the Child’s new single and later our favorite new Kaskade song. Do you remember the last time LTC teamed up with Quinn XCII for The City? Or maybe you remember their collaboration with Chelsea Cutler from 2017, Slow Down Love?

Chelsea and Quinn both teamed up with LTC this time to create Little Things. First impression is that this is some kind of hybrid of pop and electronic music. It’s almost becoming their thing to blur the lines between genres. Little Things feels more electronic than their recent work. It has this outstanding trap sound that deserves more recognition.

Next we have Kaskade who actually released four songs this past weekend. We’ve talked about Redux 004 before and highlighted promotional singles. Our song of choice displays Kaskade on vocals. Yes Kaskade did both the production and vocal work for Find Love.

The goal from Redux 004 was four different house music ideas. Find Love is more of a journey and for a relaxing drive. Dive in and Find Love.

What did you think about LTC and Kaskade’s new music? What other music are you excited about? Let us know on Facebook or Twitter!
