Nothing can stop Pegboard Nerds.
When last we’d checked in with Pegboard Nerds, they’d dipped their toes into vocal trap with their remix of MisterWives’ Coffins. This of course came after their remix of Mat Zo’s Lucid Dreams that spanned everything from hardstyle to dubstep. And while the Scandinavian duo technically falls under the “dubstep” moniker, the versatility of their music says otherwise.
With Bassline Kickin, we have an electro/trap blend with all the energy of Darude’s Sandstorm along with Pegboard Nerds’ signature bass stylings. Their similarly named tour passes through Seattle February 19th, and you’re not going to want to miss this one. For anyone who saw their performances at Paradiso and Foundation in 2013, you know that this next show will be a bass music experience like no other.
