NVOY are an up and coming production duo, new to the EDM scene. Their soundcloud account only shows they’ve been releasing material under this name for two months, and they started tweeting in August. “Is It Good” was just released by the group. The jumping drum beat, serene vocals from Brinham (A.K.A., Jess Brinham, another up-and-coming performing artist) and chopped up soulful vocals create a very vogue, very friendly deep house atmosphere. The song spends a lot of it’s time moving and living in-between two realms, the dance-floor beat and ethereal accession. The duo’s strength shows in the song’s choice moments when it switches in between ether and the beat. When NVOY does this they create a song that lives, breathes, rests, and then gets right back onto the dance floor.
