At around 5pm today, we stumbled across a little New Year secret: USC Events had spun up a Resolution 2017 event page on Facebook. As dogged music journalists, we’ve been wise to USC’s surprise Resolution lineup announcements in the past. Soon after, USC released the below Resolution video and, along with it, the lineup. The Northwest’s largest New year’s Eve rave never disappoints, and we can now confirm that 2017 continues that trend!
Resolution’s 2017 headliners are…Above & Beyond! Along with Adventure Club, Yellow Claw, and Tritonal. The lineup also includes Botnek, Brillz, Cesqeaux, Delta Heavy, Eptic, Party Favor, Slushii, Sound Remedy, and Trampa. Local support comes Drexler. With a lineup like this, it’s sure to be another white and gold dance wonderland.
Everyone remembers Resolution 2014, when our favorite British trio was held out of Seattle due to fog. While our locals Johnny Monsoon and Darrius saved the day, and Above & Beyond played not one but two makeup shows, most of us are still itching for the midnight Above & Beyond we were promised and so unceremoniously robbed of.
Now we’ve received another chance to get our Resolution-sobbing Group Therapy out of our systems–and spend New Year’s Eve with Above & Beyond and friends. Find out all the key Resolution info below:
