We’re always in need of catchy and smooth house tunes, and this new release from Simon Field fits right in with our collection of favorites. The groovy house original, entitled Gravity, is the latest in a string of successes for Simon Field. Over the course of his relatively new career, Field has landed his music in TV shows including Californication and Ugly Betty, and was also the crowned winner of HELENA’s Levity remix competition. He is certainly finding his signature stride in the house music scene, and this latest hit Gravity is a good indication of a successful future.
In addition to the original, Simon Field offers up three renditions to Gravity, including a house edit of his own, and two guest remixes. Of the two remixes, first up is a tech house version by Lars Van Dalen and Mike Moorish. This remix raises the energy level and and the tempo, making for one fiery dance floor hit.
The last remix is a stunning electro version courtesy of Denmark producer Classi. This version hits hard, with addicting builds and breaks, and is enough for us to keep Classi permanently on our electro radar.
