Lana Del Rey - Young and Beautiful (Sound Remedy Remix)

Music

Sound Remedy Remix of Lana Del Rey’s Young And Beautiful? We Say Yes!

Lana Del Rey’s Young and Beautiful may have been out for a while now (close to a year at this publishing), but that doesn’t mean it’s not still ripe for some creative twists on the original. Sound Remedy’s remix is one such track, giving a song we’ve heard multiple times new life. Lana’s haunting-as-usual voice is given a beat that lends a harder sound than what we’re used to. This is a track that we’re sure will sound excellent in the club of your choice on weekends, without blending with the other big room sounds we are used to hearing, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sound Remedy is no stranger to Dance Music Northwest, we’ve previously written on his Moondust remix and his collaboration with Kill Paris and Alma for Avalanches. His remix of Young and Beautiful due to Lana’s vocals is slightly different from what we usually get from them, but there’s enough bass to make it clear that this is still a Sound Remedy remix. Tell us what you think: Is this your new favorite or is there another Young and Beautiful remix that still has your heart?

Lizzy has been raving since the wee age of 14 after being grounded for a month for having rave fliers in her bag. Like her other love, snowboarding, what was supposed to be "a phase" has become an essential part of her life and she is excited to see a new generation developing the same love.
