Kaskade

Ryan Raddon, better known as Kaskade, is returning to the Northwest in glorious fashion this fall. The Chicago-native is a staple of dance music today and is a vocal member of the culture. His input is more than welcome and his role in dance music will always be a positive one. His ability to put on a show is only overshadowed by his skills on the decks, and the combination of the two is awesome. As anyone who witnessed his set at Paradiso 2013 can attest, Kaskade is the man, and we couldn’t be happier that he’s returning to the PNW.

Tiësto

The other headliner at Paradiso 2013, the dance music machine that is Tiësto, also makes his return to the Northwest as a headliner at FreakNight this fall. You can understand the lengthy gap in NW appearances, as the man never stops working. Tiësto released his fifth studio album, entitled A Town Called Paradise, and seemingly never stops touring. The Grammy-nominated Dutchman has featured at Ultra Music Festival, Sprink Awakening, EDC – Las Vegas, and many more. Regardless of your opinion on his change of song-style or productions, an opportunity to see Tiësto at FreakNight 2014 isn’t one you should pass up.

Gareth Emery

Brit Gareth Emery is yet another artist from Paradiso 2013 that returns to the PNW for FreakNight this fall. Emery last played in the Northwest at Foundation Nightclub in October of last year and his return couldn’t come soon sooner. He released his second studio album this year, entitled Drive, to great acclaim. Tracks from the album like Lights & Thunder featuring Krewella, U featuring Bo Bruce, and Dynamite featuring Christina Novelli give a glimpse into Emery’s progressive house/trance sound. His sets will give you the feels as many times as it’ll have you pumping your fist, so make sure you experience his set at FreakNight 2014.

NERVO

One of the highlights of Resolution 2014, NERVO will be one of the ‘don’t miss’ acts of FreakNight 2014. Sisters Miriam Nervo and Olivia Nervo  burst onto the music scene in their native Australia in 2005 and haven’t stopped their upward trend. From songwriting for Ke$ha, to performing at Ultra Music Festival, to hosting their monthly radio show ‘NERVO Nation’, nothing seems unattainable for the duo. Catch NERVO’s set at FreakNight and you’ll be at one of the most fun and energetic sets of the two-day event.

tyDi

Another Aussie in the FreakNight 2014 lineup, producer/DJ tyDi, aka Tyson Illingworth, is an artist the PNW will welcome back as long as he wants to return. TyDi was signed to Armin van Buuren’s Armada Music label at age 17 and since graduating with his Bachelor of Music Technology, hasn’t stopped progressing and evolving as an artist. He was last in Seattle spreading the love at the Showbox SoDo on Valentine’s Day 2014 and gained the respect and admiration of many fans after switching set times and performing like a pro at Paradiso 2013. We couldn’t be happier that he’s back and there’s no doubting that he’ll put on a show worth catching at the WaMu Theater this Fall.
