Any time word starts to spread about a free show with any big artist, there’s always going to be an uproar. Rumors started flying about deadmau5 putting on a toll-free performance, and the controversial Canadian took to Twitter to clarify, appearing to be just as confused as we were.

After a suspenseful wait though, the mau5 finally caved.

Deadmau5 Announces Free Show At Ice Palace In Miami

Despite vowing to never play in Miami again following a show at Mansion Nightclub that “(put) fans in the back and trust fund kids up front,” Joel is returning with a bold statement against upscale club culture. Although we imagine it’ll be something of a zoo getting in, getting a look at a legend of the industry for all of $0 is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
