Between releasing his new album and touring across the globe, it’s been a busy year for Kaskade. Memorable moments abounded, from his soulful Redux shows to his residency at Marquee in Las Vegas. For months after performance at the Gorge, he raved on Twitter and Facebook about his experience playing to a Northwest crowd that followed his every build and drop. It was the first time he’d ever played his remix of Lana Del Ray’s Young & Beautiful, as a captivated audience sang along at the top of their lungs. We had never seen anything like it before, and we may never again. In a word, it was magical.
